Our silk eye pillow helps to alleviate headaches and eases tension by applying soothing, gentle pressure on the eye and sinuses. Place the eye pillow over the eyes to create a feeling of relaxation or to promote restful sleep. To chill, use a zipper-seal bag to protect form moisture and place in freezer. Apply as a cool compress to reduce puffy eyes. To warm, place in the microwave on a medium setting for 30 seconds. Test and reheat if necessary. Once your perfect temperature has been achieved you will know how long to heat it next time. Do not overheat the eye pillow. Always test your eye pillow on the 'inside' of your forearm.
